Introduction
GB WhatsApp Download respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with applicable law.
Our Commitment to Copyright Protection
We take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to responding promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent. This policy outlines the information required when filing a copyright complaint and the steps we take when such complaints are received.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our application or services, you may notify our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
Required Information for Valid DMCA Notice
Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located within our application or services. Please provide sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material, including specific screen locations, feature names, or other identifying information.
Contact Information: Your complete contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you regarding your complaint.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Processing DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that meets all the requirements listed above, we will take the following actions:
We will promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if we determine that the claim is valid. We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you.
The user who posted the allegedly infringing content will be notified of the removal and provided with a copy of the DMCA notice. We may also terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:
Identification of Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Response to Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking a court order against you within ten to fourteen business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who, in our sole judgment, are infringing the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Misrepresentations and Abuse
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.
Limitations and Disclaimers
This DMCA policy applies only to claims of copyright infringement. For other intellectual property concerns, such as trademark or patent issues, please contact us separately with details of your concern.
We do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, or if you are unsure whether material you wish to use is protected by copyright, you should seek legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
Contact Information for Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent. Please ensure that your communication includes all required information as specified in this policy. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

We encourage copyright owners and users to work together in good faith to resolve disputes regarding copyright infringement. In many cases, issues can be resolved without formal DMCA proceedings through direct communication and mutual understanding.
